Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled photo time in costume with hair and makeup completed. Please wear your stage tights for pictures.
All pictures will be taken in Studio C.
We are only taking individual photos this year.
Picture Day Details:
Date: Saturday, November 15
Time: Beginning at 9 AM. You will be assigned a specific time slot.
Location: Studio C
Photos: Individual photos only this year — no group/class photos.
How To Reserve Your Spot:
Fill out the Google Form: To secure your dancer’s spot, please complete this Google Form (one per family). Indicate your top 3 preferred time slots.
Scheduling: We can accept 8 dancers per hour. Slots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis and confirmed via email.
Siblings: Each sibling will be assigned their own individual photo time slot. If you would like a photo together, please check the box for a sibling photo on the form.
Pricing & Payment:
$60 Package Fee: Includes your dancer’s first costume and digital access to 2–3 individual photos/headshots (all rights included).
Extra Costumes or Sibling Photos: $20 for each additional costume.
Grand Total: Please calculate your total due based on the number of costumes and siblings.
Payment: Use the Venmo QR code located on the photo at the top of the form or the bottom of this email. Please include your dancer’s full name with your payment so we can match it to your reservation.
Example Calculation:
1 dancer, 2 costumes: $60 + $20 = $80
2 siblings, 1 costume each: $60 + 20 = $80
2 siblings, 1 costume each + a sibling photo: $60 + $20 + $20 = $100
