We want every dancer to feel confident, comfortable, and excited to come to class! That’s why we offer our 30-Day Class Match Guarantee for new enrollments.
During your dancer’s first 30 days, our team will help make sure they are settling into the right class for their age, level, personality, and goals. Sometimes it takes a few classes for dancers — especially our youngest students — to warm up, build confidence, and feel at home in the studio. We’re here to support that process.
If within the first 30 days you feel your dancer’s class isn’t the right fit, we’ll work with you to explore a better class option when available. If your dancer still isn’t completely settled, you may withdraw from the program without any further payments, as long as your withdrawal request is submitted before the 24th of the month by 12:00 PM/noon.
After the first 30 days of enrollment, our regular 30-day written withdrawal notice policy applies.
